Clean Lines & Warm Tones
Bringing an inspired, modern aesthetic to the Kennedy King neighborhood, the eye-catching exterior of this downtown show home maintains clean lines complimented by warm tones, large windows, and eye-catching architectural details. The interior design flows from the exterior, featuring a simplistic yet modern open concept with vaulted ceilings and a welcoming aesthetic.
“The wood elements add an organic feel and bring both clean lines and warmth to the space. Throughout the home, you’ll see there is play on patterns, textures, and details,” says designer Jackie Phillips, Owner of Interim Design. “Layers of lighting throughout create depth and elevate the feel of the home. The overall design creates a perfect, urban oasis. A reprieve from the chaos of the world and place that feels like you can let your shoulders relax.”
In creating a home for today’s urban buyer, The Property District felt it was important to include smart-home technology as a main feature such as wi-fi enabled GE Café appliances, surround sound, and other modern-day conveniences.
You will find more than just modern technology in this home. In the master bathroom, a large zero entry walk-in shower is accompanied by a freestanding bathtub with ceiling filler, creating a relaxing retreat. Throughout the home, unique interior trim details abound from the custom cabinetry and vanities to 10’ ceilings on the first floor. As wonderful as the interior is, you won’t want to miss the outdoor deck area, perfect for entertaining guests.

BUILDER PHILOSOPHY
Client Collaboration & Clear Communication
Michael and Amanda Dinges started The Property District in 2015, primarily focusing on house flipping and real estate investment. At the time, Michael was a commercial construction project manager and Amanda was a litigation attorney. Over the years, The Property District has grown into a full-time home renovation business with a focus on custom home building.

The Property District understands the home building process can be stressful but believes that life is too short to not love your home. Client collaboration, clear communication, and cost-effective but unique design are a few of their applied core values. Ultimately, The Property District’s goal is providing their clients with the home they’ve always dreamed of.
“Building unique custom homes with a modern aesthetic and modern amenities is something I’ve dreamed of since childhood,” says Michael Dinges, Owner/Builder at The Property District. “It’s been a great opportunity to bring that dream to life in an amazing neighborhood that we can help restore to its former glory at the same time.”
